We are looking for a energetic, computer support rep. to join our team.

• Entry level computer tehnician with background in Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Macintosh.
• Competant in setting up desktops, laptops, software, printers, wifi and routers. 
• Will be responsible for answering help desk calls, remote sessions, and limited on-site support.
• Requires excellent communication skills with customers
• Technical background or expertise needed - previous customer service experience preferred.
