We have developed a web application which integrates with Bridgeware's Temps Plus.

Some of the core features of the web application :

• Extends Bridgeware Temps Plus onto the web which allow your clients to see temporarily workers at their job sites and manage / approve their hours as well as run reports.
• Also allow your temporary employees assigned to customer's job orders to clock in and submit time over the web.
• Allows client managers to see all job orders assigned to client and locations based on user role
• Support for Regular, Vacation, Double Time, Over Time, Holiday hours.
• Creation and tracking of customized cost centers to track hours at client's site location: (IE. 4 hours work on dock, 3 hours with forklift)
• Pulls in all relevant information on job order and allows managers to see and approve or disapprove employees hours.
• Allows client managers to request dismissal of employees on a particular job order to your staff,
• Role based logins for administrators, payroll, job site admins, corp client users, site managers and more
• Payroll users can view customers they are assigned to and run timecard reports on what is submited and waiting to be billed.
• Payroll can also see and edit the job orders, open hours and edit time before submital.
• Payroll can process and batch time by customer and by date range bringing in all time that has been approved by the client's supervisor - web application calculates time, hours, billable costs and pay costs for employees.
• All data modified inside the web application reflects within Bridgeware's Temps Plus and all data in Temps Plus reflects instantly in the web application.
• Managers, admins and payroll have access to reports regarding employee time at locations: by job order, customer #, location, cost center.
• Your internal staff has access to reports detailing the bottom line on what was paid out and profit on each job order and by customer within a given date range.
• All reports are viewable in excel, flash (over the web) or Adobe PDF.
• The web application is built to run on IE 6.x, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. (Windows, MAC, or Linux)
